  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30 1991, is more commonly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), the American musician, rapper and songwriter. His stage name is a tribute to the name of his favorite uncle, paired with the first name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic and T.I. Scott's debut album of full length, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. A second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first studio album. It included the smash track "Antidote". His second album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, called Birds in the Trap: Sing McKnight (2016) was made in collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in the second quarter of 2019. This album topped the Billboard 200. Scott's hit single "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. Scott was the first artist to make it to number one on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than one year.
