Emily Bett Rickards was born in July 1991. She is a Canadian actor best known for her role as Felicity in The CW's TV show Arrow. Rickards was raised in British Columbia. As a child, Rickards began her journey by exploring musical theater. She then moved on to dancing. Later, she hoped to introduce herself to serious acting. She graduated from high school early and attended the Vancouver Film School, completing the Acting Essentials Program. Following the completion of the course, she auditioned for an open audition, which led to a booking agent. Alida Vocal Studio, Vancouver was the place she studied.
