Emma Rose Kenney, an American actress. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is her character from the tenth season of Roseanne and The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was a New York City native born in September 1999. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who currently writes on behalf of Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is an attorney for criminals. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar. Kenney (19) was born in Manhattan and she plays Debbie, the sassy child in Showtime's Shameless. While her birthplace was in Manhattan, the actress spent the majority of her early years at home in Garden State. Kenney is also famous for her role as Darlene Gilbert's daughter, Harris and was a part of The Roseanne revival.
